This vendor scams costumers by not taking responsibility for faulty items. You will not see your money again or a replacement for your defected t-shirt.

Recently, I ordered a jersey of the Portuguese national team (Player Version) through uusoccer.com, which seemed to be a trustworthy website. Item arrived approximately 4 weeks after the order was placed. After opening the packet, I immediately noticed that the Portugal team logo was wrongly placed and looked extremely wrinkled. On top of that, and after having a closer look, this logo will come of very easily after wash. Indeed, the internal “esfera armilar” print was already coming off after unfolding the t-shirt for the first time.

Since this situation seemed unreasonable to me, I contacted the vendor to request a replacement. The vendor completely refused to provide a replacement, and said that if I want another t-shirt to be sent out, I have to place a new order and pay for it.

I am posting this review so that no one else has to go through what I did. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A VERY BAD QUALITY T-SHIRT.
